A little help, when you need it
We’re here.
100 Poods is coming soon. In the meantime, here are a few useful answers.
Will weight logging really stay free?
Yes. Logging on your iPhone stays free forever. Your weight history, reminders, optional Apple Health integration, and CSV import and export are included. Premium unlocks the full dashboard, Apple Watch companion, and Siri entry.
What happens when the Premium trial ends?
The 14-day trial does not charge you automatically. Premium features become unavailable unless you choose the one-time unlock. Your readings stay saved, and you can keep logging for free on your iPhone.
Can I log just once a day?
Yes. In Settings → Your answers → Edit, choose Both, Day only, or Night only. The entry screen, Log, and Watch companion follow your preference. Hidden readings remain saved.
Can I track gaining or maintaining weight?
Yes. Choose Lose, Gain, or Maintain during setup or from Your answers in Settings. Maintaining uses a lower and upper target limit. The goal pace simulator is for loss and gain goals.
How do I send older readings to Apple Health?
Enable saving in Settings → Apple Health, then choose Export existing history to Health. Simply enabling saving does not automatically export all older entries. Eligible app readings from the past three years can be exported; Health-imported and conflicting readings are excluded.
What if Apple Health and the app have different weights?
The app keeps the conflicting information for review. It does not silently overwrite another source’s Health data. You can review a marked slot and choose which value the app should use.
Can I bring my history in or take it with me?
Use Settings → Import & Export to import or export CSV files. The format uses Date, Morning, Night, and Average columns, with weights in kilograms. Transfers cover the past three years. Older history already stored in the app is kept.
How accurate is a target arrival date?
It is an estimate from your recent recorded trend, not a promise. It starts after at least a seven-day interval and expands up to a rolling 60-day interval. Earlier and later dates reflect uncertainty; sometimes a later date cannot be estimated. Estimates are not medical advice.
How do I log weight from Apple Watch?
Open 100 Poods on your paired iPhone and finish setup first. On your Watch, choose Day or Night, turn the Digital Crown to adjust your weight, then tap Save weight or Update weight. Your Watch follows the units and measurement choices you set on your iPhone.
Swipe to the second screen to see the past two weeks of readings. Turn the Crown to scroll through the log. Readings saved while disconnected stay on your Watch until it can sync with your iPhone. Apple Watch entry requires Premium or an active trial.
How do I use Siri and Shortcuts?
After finishing setup in 100 Poods, say “Siri, log my weight in 100 Poods.” Siri asks for your weight using your app’s units, then confirms the weight and reading before saving.
The general command chooses Day or Night based on the time. To choose explicitly, say “Siri, log day weight in 100 Poods” or “Siri, log night weight in 100 Poods.”
In Apple’s Shortcuts app, find 100 Poods and choose Log weight, Log day weight, or Log night weight. The actions let you use the app’s units or choose kilograms or pounds. Log weight also lets you choose the reading period. You can find the shortcuts from 100 Poods in Settings under Siri and Apple Watch.
Siri and Shortcuts entry require Premium or an active trial. Siri asks you to confirm before saving or replacing today’s reading.
